• Experience in building responsive websites or customizing Shopify themes. • Familiarity with SEO, website performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience with third-party integrations and apps • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Detail-oriented, solution-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Proficient in Mandarin is a plus)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing learning and development programs, designing competitive total rewards frameworks, ensuring efficient HR operations, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development, change management, and people matters. You will also lead DE&I strategies that promote an inclusive workplace. • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals • Champion initiatives that foster a high-performance culture • Oversee learning and development, performance management, and leadership development programs • Design competitive total rewards frameworks to attract and retain top talent • Ensure efficient HR operations, systems, and compliance with labour laws and HR best practices • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development, change management, and people matters • Lead DE&I strategies that promote an inclusive and empowering workplace • Drive data-driven HR decisions by tracking key HR metrics

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
