Bryan leads product-development initiatives at CSM, turning innovative concepts into high-performance solutions that deliver reliability, functionality and long-term value. As a Product Development Engineer, he is responsible for designing, testing and refining components that meet demanding engineering standards while supporting CSM’s broader goals of quality and innovation.
With a strong foundation in mechanical design and hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, Bryan collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every product is optimised for manufacturability and real-world application. He is especially passionate about the cryogenic industry, where he is actively building his expertise and contributing to the development of components and systems designed to perform in extreme low-temperature environments.
